  1. Nicole is a 25 year old alcoholic. Her dad, Dwayne was an alcoholic who never really understood Nicole. Growing up seeing her Dad drinking, this lead to Nichole’s drinking which started at the age of 15. At first it was just social drinking, nothing to serious, but then Nichole got a boyfriend named Matt. Matt was the first boy she really cared about. After 5 years Matt left Nichole for her sister Sam. This is where Nichole’s drinking started to get more serious. She tried to drink the pain away. She crashes two cars and was sued. Her tolerance leave got so high that she could have up to 18 beers a day. This is when her judgment started to get clouded. She would do anything including stealing and having sex just to get money for beer. If she doesn't have a drink for more than five hours, she starts shaking and having seizure symptoms from withdraws. So basically Nichole is drunk all the time. Her family constantly worries about her but they don’t really do anything to help her. Her mother thinks she is helping her but she’s the one going out and buying beer for Nichole. She feels bad for her so she will do anything for her even if it might make the situation worse. Nicole is completely dependent on her family because she can't take care of herself. Her family is also suffering from Nicole being an alcoholic. They are constantly arguing and blaming each other for Nicole's alcoholism.

  2. Nicole started drinking when she was 16 and due to this she has now become an alcoholic. The main reasons leading to Nicole's alcoholism was her dad Dwayne who too was an alcoholic and her mother who was trying to be a friend to her daughter rather than a parent. Nicole's main trigger is when she sees her sister Sam who is dating Nicole's ex-boyfriend that she dated for 5 years which is why she refuses to even look at her sister. When her friends and family would try to help her they would purposely not buy any more alcohol causing Nicole to go into withdraw leading to her constant shaking and even has seizures and then her mother would give her meds to help which could kill Nicole. Due to the fact that Nicole began drinking at age 16 she built up an extremely high tolerance for alcohol. This allowed her to drink up to 18 beers a day plus any other type of alcohol she could get her hands on. Alcohol is one of many types of depressants which means it dulls Nicole's mind clouding her judgement. Her parents are also ignorant and due to their lack of judgment are hurting Nicole rather than helping her overcome her addiction. Since Nicole can't think clearly for herself and her family is ignorant and all they do is worry about her. Even though her family is ignorant she has to rely on them since she is incapable of doing anything herself. Overall Nicole is not the only one to blame or that is suffering, her family is especially to blame for her alcoholism.

  3. Nicole started drinking when she was 16 and still is drinking at the age of 25. This has now attributed to her becoming an alcoholic. The main reasons that lead Nicole's alcoholism was her dad Dwayne who was also an alcoholic. Her mom also contributed she was trying to be a friend to her daughter instead of an mother figure. Nicole's main trigger is when she sees her sister Sam who is dating Nicole's ex-boyfriend that she dated for 5 years which is why she refuses to even look at her sister. She would do anything including stealing and having sex just to get money for beer. When her friends and family would try to help her they would purposely not buy any more alcohol causing Nicole to go into withdraw leading to her constant shaking if she didn't have a drink for more than five hours and then her mother would give her meds to help which could kill Nicole because you shouldn't add to types of depressants together. Since Nicole began drinking at age 16 she built up an extremely high tolerance for alcohol. This allowed her to drink up to 18 beers a day plus any other type of alcohol she could get her hands on without it would be fatal because her body has adjusted. Alcohol is one of many types of depressants which means it dulls Nicole's mind not allowind her to have good judgement. Her parents are also crazy and due to their lack of judgment are hurting Nicole rather than helping her overcome her addiction.Even though her family is ignorant she has to rely on them since she is incapable of doing anything herself. Overall Nicole is not the only one to blame, her family is especially to blame for her alcoholism, her parent's should have never allowed her to drink from the beginning being that she was under the age of ti being legal. But I believe it's mostly her fault. Luckily she has been clean since May after this intervention.

  4. Nicole is a complete alcaholic. She is 25 years old and has been drinking since she was 16. Her drinking was influenced by her father, Dwayne, who was also an alcaholic and her mother wasn't very strict on her. Nicole started becoming immune to alcahol so she started to consumer more. Her main 'trigger' to drinking extreme amounts of alcahol was when her -exboyfriend, who she was with for about 5 years, left her for her sister Sam. This event caused her to go into a depression and she used alcahol to escape that depression. Her friends tried to help her out by not letting her drink alcahol, but when she didn't consume alcahol she had 'withdraws' which caused her to shiver and shake constantly, which led to seizures. Nicole's judgement started to lack when she allowed drinking to take over her body. she would drink about 18 drinks a day and would do ANYTHING for anyone for her to get a drink in her hand. Nicole started becoming dependant on her family to think and do things for her because she couldn't do things for herself because she was always drunk. Her family may not make the best decisions, but they are the only ones she has to get her through life.

  5. Nicole has been an alcoholic for 10 years. when she was young her dad was a binge drinker and was never really there for her so this is when she started drinking. She got a boyfriend named Matt and after a few years he left Nicole for her sister. This triggered Nicole to drink even more and her tolerance for alcohol is so high that she can have over a dozen beers a day. When she doesnt have alcohol for and extended amount of time she expieriences symptoms of withdrawal. This is when she can not stop shaking and needs more alcohol. Her judgement is clouded because she will do anything to get a beer, including having sex. She was so dependant on her family and could do nothing for herself. Her mother also enabled her a lot and would by her beer. Her whole family is messed up and must face the consequences and get Nicole help.

  6. Nicole has been an alcoholic for 10 years. This behavior was enhanced by her father Dwayne who s to be an alcoholic, and her mother was not very strict and would allow her and her older sister to drink underage with the family. Nicole was dating this guy for 5 years and he left her for her sister which made her very depressed and trigger something and she depended on alcohol. Her body grew a tolerance to alcohal whichs mean she could drink a lot and she could drink up to 18 beers per day. Her famly tried to stop her serveral times but then she goes through withdrawl and starts shaking very badly. Is also alters her judgemnet and she cannot walk straight and her speak is very jumbled and hard to understand. she is co-dependent on alcohal she cannot go with out it makes her feel happy.

  7. Nicole started drinking when she was around 16 years old and was an alcoholic for ten years. Her father was a binge drinker who never showed her the love a father should show their daughter, and her mom was not the strictest parent out that. This was part of the reason why she started to drink, at first it was just a social thing. Later on Nicole started dating Matt and they were very much in love and dated for long time until Matt broke up with her and started to date her sister. This caused everything to go downhill for Nicole and where her alcoholic really started. All those triggers cause her to became depressed and alcohol was one way to deal with it. She started off with just a few drinks a day but soon her body built up a tolerance to it and that few drinks became more and more. This tolerance to the alcohol caused her to go through withdraw when she didn't have it within a few hours and she would start shaking. The alcohol caused her to not have very good judgement and she would do anything to get more beer, including sleeping with random strangers. Her family developed this Co-dependence with her; they would give her more beer just to make sure she wouldn't become upset. Nicole lived a ruff ten years but as of this past year she is on her way to recovery and a normal life again.

  8. At the age of 16 Nicole had her first drink and ever since then she could not stop drinking, she became an alcaholic. Her dad, dwayne was also one and didn't set a good example for Nicole. The main "Trigger" is her ex-boyfriend who she had dated for 5 yearsbroke up with her so he could be with Nicole's siter Sam. Nicole became depressed and started to drink even more each day. She would usually have up to 18 bottles of beer a day. She had withdrawals and could not function unless if she had beer. The alcohol made her not have good judgement and did anything she could to have beer like even sleep with guys. Nicole's mom didn't exactally help her get through this, she would buy Nicole beer whenever she wanted just so Nicole would stop shaking. Her mom had a hard time dealing with thisso she blamed this all on her daughter Sam. The family co depended this by not helping Nicole stay away from beer and being more strict. Later on they just could'nt take it anymore and sent Nicole to a rehab center where she could get some serious help along with her parents and sister.

  9. Nicole became and alcoholic at the age of 16. Her father, Dwane, was a binge drinker who was rarely present in her life. Nicole had everything going for her, she had a boyfriend Matt, whom she dated for 5 years, she had friends, a close sister, she was popular. Matt, one day, left her for her sister. This was the main trigger of her alcoholism. After she that, she became engrossed in drinking. Her judgment started becoming skewed; she was making friends for their money and their ability to buy beer, she was sleeping around only for beer. The alcoholism is codependant in her family and peers; her father was drunk all the time and never showed Nicole he loved her, she began drinking beer for social reasons, the family as a whole were happy when she was happy, they continually gave her beer. She would drink as many beer as she could get her hands on. Her body began to build up tolerance to the alcohol, so that if she went without it for more than 5 hours she experienced withdrawal symptoms. Her withdrawal symptoms were shaking uncontrollably, crying, vomiting, passing out, and almost seizures. Her family couldn’t take it anymore so they decided to intervene.

  10. Nichole is a sever alcoholic who shows many symptoms of addiction. Her trigger is the emotional pain she experiences in her life. As a result of what she's feeling, she feels the need to drink. There were times when she experienced withdraw, such as when she was sitting with her family and started shaking because her body needed alcohol. Most people who drink all day would become sick. However, this is what it takes for Nichole to stay drunk. This is called tolerance. Her body needs an extreme amount of alcohol to experience its affects. Nichole's judgement was affected when she slept with multiple men in order to get alcohol. Her family focuses their happiness and their ability to function on Nichole's drinking problem. All of their problems are blamed on her and they are unable to love each other and see their own faults.

  11. Nicole has been an alcoholic for 10 years, shes now 25 so she did start at a really early age. Her trigger I think was definitely her dad, dwayne because he as well was an alcoholic and didnt take good care of her. I don't really think that her sister was a trigger but it did impact her drinking. Drinking became such a necessity in her life that when she wouldnt have a drink for a certain amount of time she would begin to shake and not be able to function unless she got alcohol. Her body had built up do much tolerance to alcohol to where it'd take a lot of it to have any effect on her, and her body be satisfied with the certain amount. This much alcohol definitely impaired her judgement on a bunch of things; she did whatever she had to do to get her alcohol. Nicole mainly depended on her mom to get her alcohol becuase she knew her mom would, and she wasnt really doing her job as a mom by getting it for her but she was because if she didnt nicole would've died.

  12. When Nicole was 16 she started to become an alcholic. Her triggers was the pain in her emotional life, like with her dad, Dwayne who was a acholic and just wan't really there for Nicole throughout most of her life. And also maybe her Matt. But that didn't really have much of an impact as she had thought. Nicole grew a tolerance for alcohal and she had to drink beer all the time. When she would have withdraws she would shake really bad, and ask for a beer. Her judgment was taken over when the tolerence of achol like she had to have it. When she would drink 18 beers a day. Nicole depended on her mom to but her beer, and for her family to think for her and carry the sorrow of her own into their lifes. Her mom didn't get it she still just kept going along and leeting her drink, when she really needed treatment and she got it.

  13. Nicole is an alcoholic and has been for a very long time. She started drinking when she was around 15 or 16 years of age. The main trigger that started this drinking addiction started with a trigger. This trigger was Nicole's boyfriend left her for her close sister Sam. When she would go through withdraw she experienced many symptoms. For example she would shake nonstop until she got some alcohol in her body. She would also pass out or even vomit because of her lack of alcohol her body needed. Her body became so used to alcohol that her tolerance for alcohol was very high. She drink way more than the average person could before passing out because of this tolerance. She had very bad judgement due to this extreme addiction. She would do anything for alcohol from becoming friends with a person to use them for money/alcohol to sleeping with someone for the very same reason. Her family is co-dependent on Nicole's attitude all the time. When Nicole is feeling good they get along with each other a lot better than they do when she is in a very bad situation which is almost all the time.

  14. Nicole is only 25 year old and suffers from a severe addiction to alcohol. She is surrounded by alcohol and has been exposed to driving as early as the age of 16. Growing up seeing people especially her father drink played a huge role in Nicole's condition. Although very serious and sad it didn't just happen overnight. Nicole started as a social drinker, drinking occasionally at parties and other events until she started seeing Matt. Matt who eventually became Nicole's boyfriend was the only boy Nicole truly cared about. They drank together and didn't really care about the "risk" involved. After a couple years Matt broke up with Nicole and started dating her sister. This is the point where Nicole starts drinking my heavily and uncontrollably and is her main trigger. She was basically trying to drink the pain away. Her tolerance to beer grew so much that she could have up to 18 beers a day. She was getting in trouble in every aspect of her life, even the law. She would do anything even steal to get her hands on a beer. We also even saw that she would have sex with men for some alcohol. If she doesn't have a drink for more than five hours, she starts shaking and having seizure symptoms which shows signs of withdraw. Nicole is completely dependent on her family because she basically can't function by herself. Her family doesn't make much of a judgement on her but instead aids her in the addiction but finally seeks to get help which changed her life forever.

  15. Nicole is 25yrs old and is an alcoholic. She began drinking when she was around 15 years old. A trigger to her becoming an alcoholic was her father was a binge drinker who wasn’t around when she grew up. Also her mother was more worried about being the “cool parent” then the responsible one. Her mother let her and her friends drink under aged. She was first just socially drinking when she went out with friends. Her and her boyfriend Matt were much in love and dated for 5 years. Once her and her boyfriend matt broke up, she started drinking heavily. The break up was hard for her because Matt broke up with her for her older sister. She used alcohol to cope with her depression. She built up a tolerance to just socially drinking and started to drink more and more everyday. This tolerance caused her to have withdrawals from alcohol even if she just went a couple hours without having a drink. Her judgment was bad; she started sleeping with random guys to get money and alcohol. Her mother was a Co-dependent by buying her alcohol and giving in to her. They didn’t make Nicole own up to her problems and blamed everyone else for driving her to drink. Nicole is now at a rehab center and getting the help she needs.

  16. Nicole, a 25 year old alcoholic, has been drinking since the age of 16. Her case of alcoholism is severe and dangerous. Her mom has not been strict on her and allowed her to drink underage. Her dad is also an alcoholic so that didn't help at all. One of Nicole's triggers was her ex boyfriend Matt, who left her to be with her sister. That caused her to be depressed and drink more. Her tolerance to alcohol caused withdraws such as shaking when she hasn't had a drink in 5 hours. She didn't have good judgment when it came to drinking because she would have about 18 drinks a day and would do almost anything to have a drink. Nicole's family especially her mom were co-dependent because they would get Nicole more drinks so she wouldn't get upset.

  17. Nichole began drinking at the young age of 16 and soon be become a alcoholic. Her drinking was triggered by the fact that her father drank when she was younger. He was never really around when she was a child and it caused her to become an emotional drinker. Another trigger for Nichole was her ex-boyfriend. Her boyfriend of many years left her for her older sister causing Nichole to go into a deep dependency on alcohol. She also has a very high tolerance for alcohol. She capable of drinking 18 cans of beer a day. Her body has an ability to adjust so that it takes more doses of beer for her to achieve the same affect that most people would get with 5 cans of beer. Since Nichole's tolerance is so high when she is not able to drink so goes through withdrawal. If she has an abrupt discontinuation/separation from beer she undergoes fatal symptoms such as shaking, rapid heart rate and vomiting. These symptoms can occur within 5 hours of no beer. The worst part about Nichole's story is her codependency to her mother. Nichole's mother gives her money to buy more beer even when she knows that Nichole is already heavily intoxicated. This codependency leaves Nichole feeling satisfied that she has had a beer and her more feeling like she can please her daughter. Since Nichole's addiction has gotten so bad she has skewed judgement. She has had sex for money numerous times and also has a new boyfriend that she drinks with. If Nichole continues on this path of destruction she may suffer with liver disease, increased risk of certain cancers, cardiovascular disease and the most fatal of them them all, death.

  18. Nicole began drinking when she was a teenager. Many triggers led her into her alcoholism. For one her father was never there for here when she was young. He was also a heavy drinker himself. Another trigger is how her ex-boyfriend left her for her own sister after them dating for many years. These triggers led to her dependence of alcohol to help her try and get away from the everyday stress she faces. Drinking is her was of being stress free. After so much drinking her body grew a tolerance to alcohol and it took more and more alcohol to affect her or intoxicate her. She grew into a co-dependence on her mother to continually pick her up to go drop her off the buy more alcohol or to buy it for her. After so much alcohol and Nicole being used to constantly drinking she began to have withdrawals when she wasn’t drinking. She would shake frantically and cry if she couldn’t drink. All of her alcohol problems caused her family and friends to judge her. She was no fun to be around and always ended up upsetting someone because she had to be there center of attention and watched 24/7.
